Your main mission as a Strategic Account Manager will be to deliver the highest standards of account management by building strategic relationships with our clients and providing market-leading customer service and ongoing support beyond the point of sale. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and be responsible for providing day-to-day support and serving as their main point of contact for all queries.
Responsibilities:
- Networking to attract new customers in the strategic account manager’s respective sector.
- Analysis of market trends and identifying new opportunities.
- Increasing sales in the strategic account manager’s respective sector to grow our UK footprint.
- To maintain good relations with our existing clients, operating the highest levels of account management.
- Regular travel is essential and as required.
- Devise market leading commercial propositions that enable delivery of the annual budget for the UK.
- Act as the main point of contact for leads in the strategic account manager’s respective sector.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the automotive and insurance industry is essential.
- Evidence of account management and relationship building.
- Proven track record of negotiating and onboarding new clients.
