We are GT Joinery, a manufacturing company specialising in windows, doors, staircases and furniture for private clients and high-end projects. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and professional Joinery/Furniture Spray-painter to join our team and be a part of something big. We require people who are hardworking, loyal, attentive, independent and enthusiastic to learn new skills of the trade. Salary will depend upon the amount of appropriate experience and the quality of work. We offer a chance to work on unique projects, use machines that you otherwise would not have access to as a handyman and bring ideas to the table on how to create future products.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand detailed drawings and specifications
  • Carry out spraying jobs in workshop and on site
  • Ability to work with external water based paint and PU paint is essential
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in a safe condition

Desired skills:

  • Preferably have a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Multiple years of joinery experience with various materials and custom projects (experience in staircase/window/door joinery would be beneficial)
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and pride in their own work to ensure its perfect
  • Understand how to use and operate a wide range of tools and machines
  • Knowledge of Russian would help but it is not required
