Overview Hello!
We are GT Joinery, a bespoke joinery workshop based in KT8 2RY (Molesey, South-West London), and we’re looking for an office-based team member to support our day-to-day administrative work.
Responsibilities Keeping internal records organised (invoices, Sales, Quotes)
Preparing invoices and commercial proposals using templates
Handling basic bookkeeping-related tasks (including using accountant software to register company expenditures )
Written communication with clients and suppliers
General support for the operations and production team
What we’re looking for Confident written English (intermediate level or above)
Russian is the main internal language in the team
Ideal for someone taking their first steps in the UK market and eager to learn how small businesses operate here
Experience in operations or admin roles is a plus
Position can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and level of responsibility you\’re ready to take on and improve your business contribution
Requirements Full UK Driving license
Applicant with experience the following would be ideal, or at least willing to learn:
Previous experience in marketing
CAD base software user
