About the Role

We are looking for a React Native Mobile Developer to join our new European team and contribute to the development of mobile applications for our commercial EV charging products. You will work closely with our R&D team in Korea, collaborating in a hybrid model, and play a key role in building intuitive, scalable, and secure mobile solutions for residential and commercial EV charging.

This is an excellent opportunity to join at an early stage and influence both the technical direction and future team structure in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and maintain mobile apps for EV charging solutions (React Native).

  • Collaborate with HQ developers on app architecture, algorithms, and overall product design.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software.

  • Integrate backend APIs and payment gateways.

  • Work with UX/UI assets from Figma/Zeplin to deliver smooth and user-friendly experiences.

  • Contribute to technical documentation and recommend improvements based on user feedback.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies with remote teams.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development , with a strong focus on React Native .

  • Proven track record of building and publishing multiple React Native apps.

  • Proficiency with React Native libraries: React Query, Redux, Recoil, React Navigation .

  • Experience integrating native features:

    • Building native bridges (iOS – Swift / Android – Java or Kotlin)

    • Bluetooth (BT) and/or NFC feature development

  • Strong understanding of backend API integration.

  • Experience with app configuration, build processes, and releases for Android and iOS.

  • Experience with Firebase configuration.

  • Familiarity with UX tools (Figma, Zeplin, Lottie).

  • Good understanding of Agile software development practices.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in IoT products, EV charging solutions, or related hardware/software integration.

  • Multi-language/multi-region app development (ISO-639/3166 standards).

  • Previous exposure to cross-functional collaboration across regions.

  • Aspirations or prior experience in mentoring/leading small teams.
