The main purpose of this role is to maintain a consistently clean, safe and presentable environment across the shopping centres car parks and associated external areas. The Car Park Cleaning Operative will be responsible for carrying out routine cleaning duties, removing litter and waste, and identifying and reporting any hazards, damage or maintenance issues. The role is an important part of ensuring that customers, visitors, tenants and colleagues experience a clean, safe and welcoming shopping centre environment.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with customers, tenants, contractors and colleagues.
  • Report any incidents, accidents or concerns promptly in accordance with centre procedures.
