An opportunity to build and own your own recruitment business. If you are an experienced recruiter consistently delivering results but still building someone else’s agency, this may be the opportunity you have been working towards.
GSR2R is partnering with Freedom to support senior recruiters who want to set up, run and own their own recruitment business. This opportunity enables you to retain 100% equity and full control, while operating with the infrastructure, financial backing and guidance required to succeed.
Fifty-three recruiters have already taken this step. Each runs their own recruitment company, retains ownership of their business, and is part of an established and supportive community of experienced recruitment business owners.
This opportunity allows you to own your business outright, build a long-term asset, and operate independently within your chosen market. It offers the ability to increase earnings for the same billings by retaining more of what you generate, while building a business that aligns with your lifestyle and long-term goals. It is suited to recruiters who already manage their market and are ready to transition from employee to business owner.
Through the Freedom model, the barriers that typically prevent strong recruiters from starting their own business are removed. Support includes financial backing to cover start-up and initial set-up costs, full business infrastructure to operate professionally from day one, scalable systems and technology, and ongoing operational, financial and compliance support. You will also receive commercial and strategic guidance from experienced recruitment business leaders, alongside access to a community of 53+ recruitment business owners, offering shared insight, experience and support.
You should be able to demonstrate consistent billings, strong client and candidate relationships, commercial awareness, and the motivation to take ownership of your future. This opportunity is aimed at senior recruiters who understand the risks of business ownership and are prepared to take responsibility for their success.
This structure allows you to focus on what you do best – recruitment and revenue generation – while building a sustainable, profitable business of your own.
With 2026 approaching, GSR2R and Freedom are holding confidential conversations with experienced recruiters considering their next step. If you have ever thought, “I could build this myself,” now is the time to explore it properly.
