This is a well established Public Sector IT recruitment division focused on permanent recruitment across IT, Digital and Transformation, with the majority of work sitting within Central Government and some local Gov. The desk has long standing relationships, established framework access and a strong reputation across the Public Sector market. The roles are all retained.
You will lead a team of 2 consultants recruiting across Education and Charities, and grow out from here. Alongside strong commercial performance, the business has built a high performing culture that genuinely puts people first, with a focus on development, collaboration, flexibility and long term success rather than short term KPIs. The role has become available due to internal promotion and offers the chance to play a key part within the wider leadership team of an established recruitment business.
