About the Role

Launch your IT career as an IT Engineer Apprentice at GSR, a global crypto trading firm.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment while working towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification with BPP.

You will spend four days each week supporting the mac OS devices, Saa S platforms, and workplace technology that keep our business running, with one day dedicated to structured learning.

Your training and day-to-day work will be closely aligned, allowing you to apply what you learn and build the foundations of a career in engineering and technology.

You will work alongside experienced engineers who will support and mentor you throughout the programme.

No previous commercial IT experience is required; we are looking for curiosity, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Help colleagues resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
  • Set up and support laptops, user accounts, and workplace technology.
  • Assist with the cloud-based tools and software used across the business.
  • Support employee onboarding, device management, software updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Keep support tickets, equipment records, and technical guides accurate and up to date.
  • Explore how AI, scripting, and automation can improve everyday IT support.
  • What You Need to Apply
  • A-Levels or an equivalent qualification.
  • A genuine interest in technology and how things work.
  • Basic familiarity with computers and everyday software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to solving problems.
