We are seeking reliable and skilled 3.5 TON Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Responsibilities
- Operate vehicle safely and efficiently for deliveries
- Ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules
- Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company policies
- Assist with route planning to optimize delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for 3.5 tonne
- Proven experience as a commercial driver
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and driving best practices
