About Your Skills
- Stakeholder Management – builds trust quickly and keeps people aligned when priorities compete; comfortable holding the middle ground between internal teams and suppliers, surfacing issues early and handling disagreement with diplomacy so delivery keeps moving.

- Communication – clear and credible communicator, able to explain complex registration processes and technical concepts to non-technical and non-event colleagues.
- Delivery – takes ownership and sees things through to completion; keeps a close eye on detail under pressure and makes sure nothing slips as an event approaches.
- Analysis – reasons from evidence and is happy to sit with the data until it tells a story; turns numbers into decisions - what's working, what isn't, what to change - rather than reporting for its own sake.
