About The Team

The GSMA Foundry is the GSMA’s innovation accelerator, bringing together mobile operators, technology companies, startups and industry leaders to develop, test and showcase digital solutions that deliver commercial and societal impact. Part of the Technology Marketing team, the Foundry works across emerging technology areas including AI, Fintech, Quantum and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), helping to accelerate innovation and collaboration across the mobile ecosystem. Through industry programmes, strategic partnerships, thought leadership and global platforms such as MWC and M360, the team showcases the latest technology trends and real-world innovation stories to a global audience. About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Marketing Manager to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic communications across the GSMA Foundry portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, digital marketing, content development, reporting, operational coordination and event marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies and suppliers to help deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen industry engagement and support programme growth. The role requires a strong combination of creativity, organisation, project management and digital marketing expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

About You

You’ll be a highly organised and proactive marketer with demonstrable experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, content and event channels. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be confident managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. You’ll need strong communication and project coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, agencies and suppliers, helping to deliver campaigns and events to a high standard. You’ll be comfortable balancing creativity with operational delivery and able to adapt quickly within a fast-moving and evolving technology landscape. You’ll bring experience supporting digital marketing activity across email marketing, social media, website management and content development, with the ability to use audience insights and performance data to optimise campaign effectiveness. Experience using WordPress, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent systems, marketing automation tools and social media management platforms will help you succeed in the role. You’ll also have experience supporting event marketing activity, whether for webinars, exhibitions, workshops or industry conferences, and enjoy contributing to campaigns that engage global audiences and industry communities. An interest in emerging technologies, innovation ecosystems and the future of connectivity will help you thrive within the GSMA Foundry team.
