GSMA Intelligence in London (hybrid) seeks a specialist contractor to design and deliver a global research initiative on the evolving telecoms workforce. You will work with the GSMA Board, industry partners and operators to build a data-driven view of skills, roles and organisational design for the next 2–5 years.
Core tasks include:
- Mixed-method design
- Survey development
- Analysis of workforce data
- Synthesising insights for senior stakeholders, including board presentations
