About The Team
You will report into the Head of People Development, working alongside the People Development Partners to coordinate the people development offering across the organisation. The team are trusted and strategic partners, working closely with staff, managers, and leaders to foster a learning culture that encourages continuous development of current and future skills while providing unique growth opportunities for everyone.
About The Role
- You will work with internal stakeholders to coordinate our global new joiner inductions and on-boarding, ensuring our joiners receive a best-in-class experience.
- You will support our People Development Team through end-to-end coordination of our development offering, including organising logistics, responding to queries and raising purchase orders.
- You will be responsible for keeping our People Development systems up to date, including our Learning Management System by tracking attendance, uploading courses and resources, and adding new course dates.
- You will manage our LinkedIn Learning platform, ensuring our people have the right access, recommending courses and reporting on usage.
- You will be responsible for our people development data, collating feedback, analysing results and creating monthly reports.
- You will coordinate and write our people development communications.
About You
- You will have experience in a Learning and Development role with operational delivery.
- You will be detail orientated, process-driven, organised and able to independently and proactively problem solve.
- You will have excellent oral and written communication skills with experience or a desire to present to small internal audiences.
- You will be passionate about delivering a best-in-class people experience.
- You will be hard working, fast thinking, pro-active, and flexible.
- You will be analytical and will have substantial experience using excel to analyse data sets, providing the team and stakeholder with insights.
