About the role

You will support GSMA’s People Development team by coordinating global new joiner inductions and on‑boarding to deliver a best‑in‑class experience. You will manage both the learning management system and LinkedIn Learning platform, keep systems up to date, and produce data‑driven insights and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global new joiner inductions and on‑boarding with internal stakeholders.
  • End‑to‑end coordination of the development offering: organise logistics, respond to queries, raise purchase orders.
  • Maintain People Development systems, including the Learning Management System: track attendance, upload courses and resources, schedule new course dates.
  • Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform: ensure access, recommend courses, and report on usage.
  • Collect and analyse people‑development data, collate feedback, and create monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and write people‑development communications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a Learning and Development role with operational delivery.
  • Detail‑orientated, process‑driven, organised, and able to proactively solve problems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a desire to present to small internal audiences.
  • Passion for delivering a best‑in‑class people experience.
  • Hard‑working, fast‑thinking, proactive and flexible.
  • Analytical with substantial experience using Excel to analyse data sets and provide insights.
  • Strong communication, delivery, teamwork, stakeholder management and analysis abilities.
