Position Summary
Department: Membership & Marketing – Membership Team. Location: London (hybrid). This role is available as a permanent position or a fixed‑term contract. Applicants should indicate their preference in their cover letter.

Responsibilities
- New Member Sales: Achieve a personal annual target for new business membership sales.
- Account Management & Retention: Act as primary contact for a portfolio of GSMA members, promote engagement, handle queries, and support retention.
- Onboarding & Member Enquiries: Collaborate with Finance, Membership Operations and IT teams to onboard new members and ensure a smooth experience.
- Systems: Independently manage all necessary administrative actions in internal and external systems to maintain onboarding, platform access, invoicing and publicity.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with Membership, Marketing, IT, Finance, Technology and other GSMA teams to deliver on agreed sales objectives, strategy and targets.
Qualifications & Experience
You are a talented B2B salesperson with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in complex environments. You have experience prospecting, closing and onboarding organisations of various sizes and cultures. You are methodical, maintain strong sales hygiene, and exhibit a customer‑focused attitude while being empathetic yet tenacious. You are passionate about continuous improvement, hands‑on, and excellent at prioritising. You ideally have mobile‑industry or membership experience.
