Operating in the fast-paced, deadline-driven world of events, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional, industry-leading conferences that set the standard for excellence. You will have the opportunity to help shape the content for the most influential connectivity event, MWC Barcelona! Our team is highly collaborative, and working together under pressure, especially onsite at events, is essential to our success. A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a cool-headed approach to managing multiple moving parts are key traits we value. Additionally, superior organisational skills are essential to thrive in this role.
About the Team:
The Conference Content Team is responsible for researching, creating, and delivering compelling agendas for 8 to 10 industry leading events around the world, annually. Events range from 200 to over 100,000 attendees. You will be responsible for delivering innovative conference formats that engage and inspire audiences. A key part of the role will be the coordination of all speaker‑related activity. You will manage communication with contributors, oversee briefing and onboarding, maintain meticulous records, and ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience for every participant. You will also handle scheduling, session logistics, and the timely delivery of all required materials.
