As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing one to one support to your dedicated Leadership Team member. Your remit will cover a variety of tasks such as diary management, complex travel management, team management and support, event organisation and many other adhoc tasks. You are an expert in c-level executive support and an example of professionalism to the highest degree. You have a thorough understanding of the GSMA vision and values as well as understanding the priorities for the industry.
Collaborating with other Executive Assistants and business support successfully to coordinate schedules across the Leadership Team (LT). Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will empower you to craft compelling correspondence and deliver clear, impactful messages to internal and external stakeholders. With your working knowledge of the full Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, you’ll efficiently prepare documents, presentations and reports that support strategic decision-making across the team.
You’ll leverage your ability to persuade and motivate C-level stakeholders to drive consensus, secure approvals and move key initiatives forward. By valuing teamwork and proactively seeking to make things happen, you’ll contribute to a dynamic, results-oriented culture in which colleagues are empowered, and objectives are achieved together.
