What the hiring manager says: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Traffic Manager to play a central role in the efficient delivery of projects across the Brand & Creative team, coordinating resources, managing schedules and ensuring effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

We enable marketing teams to deliver creative that is engaging, commercially effective and true to each brand. Through this work, we help create awareness, engagement and trust across our audiences by delivering high-quality creative experiences across every channel and campaign. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, using strong creative processes, data-informed decision making and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, efficiency and impact.

About the role: This role within the Brand & Creative team is the glue that holds everything together! Collaborating with various workstreams – from design and copy to web and video – ensuring the smooth operation of projects within the team.

  • Responsible for triaging briefs and managing the end-to-end workflow into the Brand & Creative team using Asana.
  • Capturing, logging and responding to all new requests in a timely manner and assigning to the correct team members.
  • Analysis of resources and schedules to plan creative pipeline.
  • Identifying potential resourcing risks and executing mitigation / contingency plans.
  • Working with external suppliers to ensure overflow availability in place as and when required.
  • Assisting with the management of freelance/contractor requirements to ensure accurate resource forecasting is in place.
  • Developing automation and smart process using AI tools (i.e. Asana AI studio).
  • Ownership of all production meetings, status meetings, and internal creative reviews.
  • Management of Production and Brand and Creative status reports.
  • Assisting with onboarding external suppliers and tracking of supplier POs / invoices.
  • Ensuring all final deliverables / assets are distributed and filed correctly.

About you:

  • Experience working with in-house or external marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience of working with Asana or similar tools.
  • Able to work on multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will possess strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage expectations and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have good analytical skills, being able to track, measure and optimise across different channels and mediums.
  • You will demonstrate a willingness and skill to adapt to changing circumstances, in fast-moving environments.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes and introduce new ways of working that increase efficiency, scalability and team productivity.
  • You will have experience using AI and automation tools to streamline project management, optimise resource planning and improve operational efficiency.
