Cover Supervisor
Location: Wolverhampton WV6
Salary: £120 - £140 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (Regular supply available)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join thriving secondary schools in Wolverhampton and nearby areas. Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies and expectations
- Support students with their learning and respond to questions where appropriate
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress, behaviour, and lesson outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
- Confidence working independently and managing groups of students
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
