GSL Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school in Weymouth. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to students with sensory and speech difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom. They need a dedicated individual who can implement behaviour management strategies and positively influence students’ learning experiences. Many students also have additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, or medical conditions.
