Supporting Young People Aged 16–25 with PMLD, Complex Needs & SEMH.
We are looking for a caring, calm and reliable Midday Supervisor to support our learners during lunchtime in a farm-based, outdoor and alternative learning environment. This role is vital in helping young people feel safe, supported and regulated during mealtimes and unstructured parts of the day.
About the Role
As a Midday Supervisor, you will support learners during lunch by:
- Assisting with meals, snacks and hydration
- Supporting individual feeding needs where required
- Encouraging positive social interaction and communication
- Helping learners transition calmly between activities
- Supporting emotional regulation during a busy part of the day
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and sensory-aware environment
Who We’re Looking For
You may have experience in:
- SEN settings (PMLD, complex needs, SEMH)
- Care, education or support roles
- Supporting individuals with additional needs during mealtimes
You are:
- Patient, kind and observant
- Calm under pressure and emotionally attuned
- Respectful of dignity, choice and independence
