Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term role (Regular Supply Roles Available)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £100 - £120 Per day
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, and social support for renowned schools in Walsall.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to positively influence student outcomes and help create a productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students display challenging behaviour.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Promote engagement, attendance, and achievement.
- Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in schools, youth work, care, sports coaching, mentoring, or support work.
- Understanding behaviour management techniques.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Calm, empathetic, and professional approach.
