As a Teaching Assistant – Post 16, you will play a crucial role in supporting students aged 16 and above. You will assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role will also involve supporting students with their coursework, helping them to develop study skills, and encouraging their academic and personal growth.
