GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a lovely, inclusive school in the Enfield area. This role is ideal for someone with SEN experience who is passionate about supporting children and making a real difference in the classroom.
The Role – Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Delivering 1:1 SEN support and targeted interventions
- Supporting pupils during engaging classroom activities
- Monitoring and supporting pupils’ progress and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
- Helping to create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment
- Following school policies and contributing positively as part of a team
Requirements of TA role:
- Proven SEN experience and knowledge
- Recent school-based experience
- Confidence in delivering personalised and 1:1 support
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to helping children succeed
