GSL Education are seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a SEMH school in Waterlooville .
In this role, you will provide dedicated support to students with sensory and speech difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom.
They need a dedicated individual who can implement behaviour management strategies and positively influence students\’ learning experiences.
Many students also have additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, or medical conditions.
The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum with a strong focus on outdoor learning, life skillS.
There is a whole-school emphasis on communication, independence, and personal development, ensuring pupils are well-prepared for their next stage in life.
