Job Title: Supply Teacher (in Secondary Schools)
Location: Lincoln, Boston, Spalding & nearby areas
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Flexible supply opportunities

Are you a passionate and flexible teacher looking to make a difference in secondary schools across Boston? We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to support local schools with day-to-day cover, short-term roles, and long-term placements.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, want to explore different school environments, or are seeking a better work-life balance. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher keen to build experience, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and key stages

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience teaching in UK secondary schools (placements accepted for ECTs)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Understanding of safeguarding and promoting student welfare
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
