Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible employment options? We are currently seeking to hire Supply Teachers for our Grimsby Schools ready for a new start in September 2024. This position is ideal for experienced educators searching for part-time employment and wanting to expand their knowledge and experience further.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a comparable teaching credential is required.
- Teaching experience in primary or secondary institutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in many educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Education-related fervour and dedication to student development.
- Enhance child workforce DBS, or willing to apply for one through GSL Education and/or enrolled on the Update Service.
Your requirements include:
- Deliver outstanding teaching in a range of subjects and to students of all ages.
- Follow the lesson plans supplied and modify them as necessary.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Support and direct students as they progress in their studies.
- Work together with the faculty to make the transfer for the students seamless.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including a relevant enhanced DBS.
