We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN setting in Slough, working with students with a range of additional needs, including PMLD, SLD, ASD, and SEMH. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is patient, caring, and passionate about supporting young people with complex and additional needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and classroom support, help deliver personalised learning, and work closely with teachers and other staff to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have experience working in an SEN setting, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the individual needs of students with PMLD, SLD, ASD, or SEMH.
