GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist provision in Dudley (DY5). The role involves supporting pupils aged 3–19 with complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism, and PMLD, within a nurturing environment where safeguarding is embedded.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting personalised learning plans, and help manage challenging behaviours while promoting independence and social development.
