The successful candidate for SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, either in a school setting or with relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach, demonstrating your commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and with different teaching styles.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive school environment.
  • Enhanced DBS registered to the update service.
