What You’ll Be Doing
- Offering 1:1 and small group support, adapting activities to suit individual learning styles.
- Promoting confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom.
- Supporting teachers in preparing and delivering inclusive lessons.
- Managing behaviour with patience and empathy, creating a safe space for learning.
- Collaborating with the SENCO and wider school team to ensure holistic support.
