Salary: £90 - £110 per day (based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Offering 1:1 and small group support, adapting activities to suit individual learning styles.
  • Promoting confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom.
  • Supporting teachers in preparing and delivering inclusive lessons.
  • Managing behaviour with patience and empathy, creating a safe space for learning.
  • Collaborating with the SENCO and wider school team to ensure holistic support.
