Role: SEN Teacher
Location: Bushey, Watford
Start date: September 2025
Salary: £150 – £250 per day (Will be paid to scale)

We, GSL Education, are actively looking for a dedicated SEN Teachers with QTS to join our client school based in Bushey. This position is set to start from September 2025. As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique needs
- Create learning environment progress and well-being
- Assess and monitor students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students
- Possess expertise in either the primary or secondary curriculum
Qualifications and Attributes as a SEN Teacher:
- QTS (Please don't apply if you don't have QTS)
- Specialization in SEN or relevant teaching qualifications are advantageous.
- A passion for working with students with SEN & SEMH and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being.
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
