GSL Education are currently recruiting a passionate and qualified SEN Teacher to work on a supply basis acrossచ్చ special educational needs (SEN) schools in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience supportingÍ children with additional needs. Supply work offers flexibility, with the potential for permanent placements as opportunities arise.

The Role컴

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
  • Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and learning difficulties
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
  • Working closely with support staff, therapists and SENCOs to meet individual needs
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly Child-centered, broad‑inclusion point of contact arrangement to obtain autonomy

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working with SEN children in a school or specialist setting
  • A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
