You will work closely with teachers, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help students manage SEMH and behavioural needs in a practical, relationship-led setting.
The role requires patience, resilience and confidence with challenging behaviours. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential to fulfil duties across the provision.
