GSL Education are recruiting a confident Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in the Burniston area, supporting continuity of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes using pre-set lesson plans
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils with tasks and learning routines
- Maintain a safe and focused learning environment
- Follow school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people
- Confident classroom presence
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and reliable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
