This is an exciting opportunity to engage students through the performing arts and help them develop valuable communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and participation
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students
• Organise and support school productions, performances, and extracurricular drama activities
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide initiatives

Requirements:

• QTS
• Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
