GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Redcar. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.

The Role:

  • Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve learning goals.
  • Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required.
  • Help prepare learning resources and support planned activities.

The Ideal Candidate:
