The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are hiring a confident HLTA to support across two Reading campuses (primary and secondary). You will deliver planned lessons, run interventions, and provide high-quality classroom support so teachers can focus on great teaching.

What you will do:

  • Lead small-group and occasional whole-class cover (plans provided)
  • Run targeted literacy/numeracy/SEND interventions
  • Support behaviour, routines and learning environments
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCO and parents/carers
  • Contribute to planning, assessment notes and pupil progress

What you will bring:

  • HLTA status (or strong TA Level 3 with cover experience)
  • Recent classroom experience in primary and/or secondary
  • Confident behaviour management and clear communication
  • Calm, reliable, organised, and happy to move between sites
  • Right to work in the UK
