The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are hiring a confident HLTA to support across two Reading campuses (primary and secondary). You will deliver planned lessons, run interventions, and provide high-quality classroom support so teachers can focus on great teaching.
What you will do:
- Lead small-group and occasional whole-class cover (plans provided)
- Run targeted literacy/numeracy/SEND interventions
- Support behaviour, routines and learning environments
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO and parents/carers
- Contribute to planning, assessment notes and pupil progress
What you will bring:
- HLTA status (or strong TA Level 3 with cover experience)
- Recent classroom experience in primary and/or secondary
- Confident behaviour management and clear communication
- Calm, reliable, organised, and happy to move between sites
- Right to work in the UK
