GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teacher to work across schools in Horncastle and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator who enjoys variety, flexibility, and making a real difference in children's lives.
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons that support children's academic and personal development. You will be expected to maintain high standards in teaching, behaviour management, and classroom organisation across various year groups.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and effective feedback.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student well-being and achievement.

Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
