GSL Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Poole/Wareham. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to students with sensory and speech difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom. They need a dedicated individual who can implement behaviour management strategies and positively influence students’ learning experiences. Many students also have additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, or medical conditions.
