The Role

As a Lead Regulation Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and emotional regulation needs. You will help model and embed positive behaviour strategies, support children during moments of dysregulation, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure consistency across the school day.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has school-based experience, ideally within SEMH, SEND or behaviour-focused settings.
  • Has proven experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.
  • Is calm, resilient and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Can act as a positive role model for pupils and colleagues.
