We are looking for passionate Learning Mentor to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving academic success at primary and secondary schools in Newark and nearby areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in education, youth work, mentoring, social care, counselling, or pastoral support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and emotional support.
- Support attendance, engagement, and achievement.
- Deliver targeted interventions for identified students.
- Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams.
- Help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and study skills.
