Role Overview:
As a Pastoral Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ personal development, wellbeing, and behaviour. You’ll work closely with staff, students, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Pastoral Lead:
- Provide emotional and behavioural support to students across all year groups.
- Monitor and promote positive behaviour and attendance.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student welfare.
- Support the implementation of behaviour and safeguarding policies.

Job Requirements for Pastoral Lead:
