Are you a confident and nurturing SEND Teacher with experience teaching pupils with complex needs? We are delighted to be recruiting for a specialist SEND school in Oldham that supports children and young people across a wide range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and SEMH profiles.

About the Role

You’ll lead high‑quality teaching and learning for groups of SEND learners, planning bespoke lessons and interventions that both support access to the curriculum and promote independence and confidence. You’ll work closely with SENCOs, support staff, therapists, and families to meet each pupil’s individual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver differentiated lessons to meet complex learning needs
  • Lead personalised interventions and small‑group activities
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff
