Salary: £90 – £100 per day

GSL Education are currently seeking a kind and committed Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in Hucknall. This is an ideal opportunity for Nursery TAs who enjoy supporting the development of children in the earliest stages of their educational journey.
Responsibilities as a Nursery Teaching Assistant:
- Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Assist with personal care routines, feeding, and hygiene when required.
- Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to planning and assessment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers.
Requirements for Nursery Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
