GSL Education are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Exams Officer to join a busy school in Nottingham . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth running of exams and assessments, helping students achieve their best.

Role Responsibilities of Exams Officer :

Organise and administer internal and external examinations.
Liaise with teaching staff, invigilators, and exam boards to ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage exam timetables, room allocations, and student entries.
Prepare exam materials and ensure secure storage of papers.
Maintain accurate records and provide reports on exam outcomes.

What You’ll Bring as an Exams Officer :

Previous experience in an administrative or exams-related role within education.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
