GSL Education have been established for over 25 years and we're a successful national education recruitment business that is looking to add a Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer our exciting new office in West Yorkshire. Our West Yorkshire office is based in Morley with free on-site parking and an on-site gym.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, driven and commercially minded, who wants to build a career in recruitment and progress into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.
The Role
Working within the Education sector, you'll be responsible for sourcing and engaging with candidates, building relationships and supporting the wider recruitment team to successfully fill vacancies across schools and education settings.
You'll receive plenty of support and training, but you'll also have the autonomy to manage your own workload and develop your own style.
Your development will be a key focus, with a clear opportunity to progress from Resourcer to Recruitment Consultant as you develop your skills and performance.
