GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support learning across primary and secondary schools in Middlesbrough. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and develop a career in education.
The Role:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.

- Observe and support pupil progress, reporting back to teaching staff.
