What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Cover Supervisor:
- Supervising classes when teachers are absent
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans (no planning required!)
- Keeping students engaged and focused during lessons
- Managing classroom behaviour in a supportive way
- Helping students with their learning and wellbeing
- Sharing feedback with teachers after lessons
