GSL Education Manchester Branch are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher for an excellent school in Manchester (M14). We are seeking passionate and committed educators who can deliver high-quality lessons, foster positive classroom environments, and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. The Primary Teacher is going to nurture young learners' academic progress while supporting their confidence, creativity, and personal development in a welcoming classroom environment.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning
  • Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive educational outcomes
  • Encourage pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning

Primary Teacher Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to supporting pupils' academic and personal development
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
